Rate Increase 2024

As you may be aware, the City of Topeka voted in 2023 for water and wastewater rate increases for the next three years.  11.8% in 2024, 11.8% for 2025, and 11.5% in 2026.  As we purchase all of our water from the City, our rates must reflect these increases.  Starting Jan 1, 2024 water used will be at the new rate of $10.65 per 1,000 gallons.  The monthly minimum of $23.00 will remain unchanged as it has for the last 14 years.
